The security level to correct this your computer will require that you go to the top of of your website browser press the Tools button, Then go down to Internet Options, Then press the Privacy button, Settings Level should be set to Medium. This will allow most sites to be browsed. At this level It will block third party cookies that do not have a compact Privacy Policy.

To be able to place a order over the phone.
We suggest you use our shopping cart as if you were placing an order online. Simply fill your shopping cart with those items you wish to purchase. When you are ready to checkout, click on 'Cart Contents'. or You can go into your shopping cart to add the products desired, The shopping cart will add the total cost of your products. Then Press the Checkout button to proceed to see what the cost of shipping is for your order. This can be done before entering any credit card information. If wanting to place a order over the phone we will not be able to give you a total until your order is processed. At that time we will send you statement from the credit card company on the total cost of shipping with your products. Call our number at 281-388-2964 and we will assist you in placing your order. Please have your billing and shipping information along with your credit card ready so that we can serve you quickly.

Cost of shipping for your order.
For all customers information on cost of shipping. The cost is set by destination. weight and fuel charges. We do not ditate the cost of the shipping cost as this is done thru software controlled by FedEx. As some customers have complained that the cost of shipping was too high. I agree, but you just have to look down to the nearest gas station to see the current cost of gasoline and diesel to run these trucks for picking up and making these deliveries.

Wholesale Merchant Customers
We want to provide our Merchants with express service and an account where you can come to quickly when its time to reorder. Fill in the account information and notifly us that you have created account and wanting to get a wholesale pricing. Product prices on the website is not Wholesale but for Retail Customers. You will be sent a Wholesale Pricing sheet of our products for purchase. We ship via FedEx or by truck line which ever is the cheapest and or the quickest way to ship your order. Truck delivery requires a 250 Lb. Mininium to ship your order.

Shipping Options
CajunWholesale.com offers normal Ground, 2 day or 3 Day Express, Standard First, and Priorty Overnight delivery to the 48 continental United States. Priorty Overnight may have to be used if requesting Sat. Delivery for your order. For delivery to Hawaii and Alaska, you must select Overnight as your shipping method. For Saturday delivery, is usally only for Business addresses unless using Priorty Overnight. For all EXPRESS orders received during the day, your order will ship the following day, whether it's Next Day, 2 Day Air or 3 Day Express saver

Order Status
After you have submitted your order, we will send you an email confirmation along with an order number. Use this order number if you should wish to contact us about your order. Once your order is packed and shipped, you will receive another email with your shipping tracking number from FedEx. With FedEx Ground Service, depending on your delivery address, your order may be delivered next day to 6 business days. For some Texas and Louisiana Residents is the next day providing we have available stock for your order. For your convenience, you can track your order by going to FedEx

Unless the return is due to an error made by CajunWholesale.com, we cannot refund shipping charges. Due to our quality assurance shipping procedures, we guarantee that all items shipped are in good quality condition. CajunWholesale.com will not accept returns or exchanges on any items that have been opened or where the tamper evident seal has been broken.

DAMAGED OR UNUSABLE ITEMS
CajunWholesale.com takes every extra precaution in packaging your purchase to ensure it arrives undamaged. All jars and glass items are wrapped in air-bubble or foam cushioning followed by the use of anti-static, polystyrene peanut shaped loose fill to eliminate movement of contents during shipment. In the event that you receive damaged product, please contact us at
bryan@cajunwholesale.com within 5 business days after receiving your package. We will ship you an identical replacement at no charge. Please retain all packaging material for our freight carrier's collection. See return procedures below for further instructions.

RETURN PROCEDURE
Before returning merchandise, please contact bryan@cajunwholesale.com or call us at 281-388-2964 to receive a return authorization number (RAN). Include your packing slip with the return authorization number and simply pack your items in the same packaging it was shipped in and return it to:
