I am not able to change the amount of product I am wanting. Or it stays on 1 item.
Put the amount you are wanting in the box and then press UPDATE button on the order page. This will update the amount you want to order. Or to delete a item check the remove box and then press the UPDATE Button.

When requesting a new password and does not come into your inbox. Check your SPAM Folder for new password. If need be we can delete your profile and start out as a new customer.

No, at this time we do not have a catalog that we can send out to customers.

Shipping rates are too high?
We do not dictate the cost of shipping it is done automatically thru FedEx when the products are ordered. What we get charged is what you pay. Any Glass Items will be higher to ship anywhere because of the weight of glass items. All items is shipped by weight, The more a item weighs the more the shipping will be. Also the shipping rate is determined by a flat rate plus weight, and fuel charge for delivery.
