CajunWholesale.com has our “no-joke guarantee. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund. This means returning unopened or unused items. Unless the return is due to an error made by CajunWholesale.com, we cannot refund Shipping Charges. Due to our quality assurance shipping procedures, we guarantee that all items shipped are in good quality condition. CajunWholesale.com will not accept returns or exchanges on any items that have been opened or where the tamper evident seal has been broken. SHIPPING
CajunWholesale.com will allways try to get all orders out the same day unless it has passed the pickup time by our carrier. Some items may require us to ship direct from the manufacter. Which will take more time to arrive to you the customer. If shipping using a P. O. Box or sending to Canada expect delays in getting your order to you as we have to take other actions to be able to get your order out to be shipped. At times you can expect up to two days before the order will be going out.
Buying one item will not bring down the shipping cost, Only buying mulitple items will you have a better value on shipping cost. As it cost almost the same for one pound as it for 10 lb of product. We do not dictate the cost of shipping it is done automatically thru FedEx when the products are ordered. What we get charged is what you pay. Any Glass Items will be higher to ship anywhere because of the weight of glass items. All items is shipped by weight, The more a item weighs the more the shipping will be. Also the shipping rate is determined by a flat rate plus weight, and fuel charge for delivery.
DAMAGED OR UNUSABLE ITEMS
CajunWholesale.com takes every extra precaution in packaging your purchase to ensure it arrives undamaged. All jars and glass items are wrapped in air-bubble or foam cushioning followed by the use of anti-static, polystyrene peanut shaped loose fill to eliminate movement of contents during shipment. In the event that you receive damaged product, please contact us at returns@cajunwholesale.com within 5 business days after receiving your package.
In the event you receive damaged food items, we will ship you an identical replacement at no charge pending a claim with the FedEx. If you should have a package that contents are damaged you must call FedEx at 1-800-463-3339 to report that your package has been damaged. A claim must be made in order for Cajun Wholesale to send a replacement. Please retain all packaging material for our freight carrier’s collection. See return procedures below for further instructions.
RETURN PROCEDURE
Before returning merchandise, please contact returns@cajunwholesale.com to receive a return authorization number (RAN). A 15 % Restocking Fee will accessed on all returned orders pending condition of the item returned. Include your packing slip with the return authorization number and simply pack your items in the same packaging it was shipped in and return it to:
