How much Crawfish do I need per person?

While we do not carry live seafood, we can recommend how many pounds per person you will need for a crawfish boil. The amount of crawfish per person varies...those in Louisiana usually eat 4-5 pounds, but those living outside of Louisiana usually can get away with 2-3 pounds per person.

How much Seafood Boil Seasoning?

It's best to follow the directions on the seasoning label, as some will vary. Typically 2-4 pounds of seafood boil seasoning will season one sack of crawfish (35-40 pounds). You can use more seasoning for spicier crawfish or use less to reduce the heat.

Liquid vs. Dry Seafood Boil Seasoning

Liquid Seafood Boil Seasoning is highly concentrated, so a little goes a LONG way! Because the liquid is concentrated,  it is much spicier than the dry seasoning. Most people use the dry seasoning, but some use both liquid and dry.
