What is your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us and you may return it to us in the original packaging within 30 days of receiving of your order. Items must be unopened and unused to receive a refund. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping costs unless the error is made by Cajun Wholesale.

 *Please note that there will be a 15% restocking fee for returns of all Bayou Classic items (boiling pots, replacement baskets, fryers, accessories, etc.) if the return is due to non-defective reasons. You will be responsible for return shipping costs if the return is through no fault of our own. For this reason, please check all sizing dimensions before purchasing these products.

How do I determine the shipping costs?

To determine the shipping costs for your order, you can add your zip code to the "Estimate Shipping Cost" section when viewing your cart. Once you proceed to check-out, shipping costs will be available to view after your enter your shipping & billing address before proceeding to payment. Shipping charges are calculated by UPS software and based on weight and destination.

When will I receive my package?

We ship packages Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. We strive to ship all orders within 1-3 business days. Please anticipate to receive your package within 5-7 business days with Ground Shipping, all though most orders are received sooner.

If you need your order sooner, we offer expedited shipping: 3-Day Select, 2-Day Select, & Overnight Air. Expedited orders placed before 12 p.m. (CST) will go out same day. For expedited orders after 12 p.m. (CST), please call our office in case there are delays and cannot be shipped out same day. Please note that UPS does not ship on Saturdays unless otherwise requested, at an additional fee. Please contact us if you request Saturday delivery. UPS guaranteed shipping does not honor the guarantee under extreme circumstances outside of their control, severe weather, for example.

What if my package is damaged in transit?

We take extra precaution in ensuring your packaged arrives in good condition. In the event that your package is damaged, please contact us at 1-800-533-6923 and we will send a replacement at no additional charge. We strive to accommodate your concerns as quickly as possible.

Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?

Yes, we do ship to Alaska and Hawaii. We suggest using the USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate options in shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, as it is much cheaper and much faster than UPS Ground. For reduced shipping rates using the Postal Service, please contact a Cajun Wholesale representative by e-mail or phone.

Do you ship to APO boxes?

We do ship to APO addresses. APO shipments usually take 4-6 weeks delivery time. Unfortunately, USPS does not provide real-time tracking information with APO shipments.
