Southern Seasoning's Etouffee Sauce.
Cooking Instructions: Empty the contents of the Etouffee Sauce into a 4 quart pot. Fill jar with water and mix water with sauce. Add 1 to 1/2 lbs. of seafood or diced chicken breast. Bring to a boil and simmer until seafood or chicken is cooked. Stir occasionally while cooking. Serve over rice or pasta. Makes approximately 6 cups as prepared.
