Louisiana Fish Fry's Blackened Fish Seasoning is great for blackening, barbecuing, or grilling fish, shrimp or meat.

Instructions: Heat iron skillet over high heat. Dip fish in melted butter or margarine. Shake Blackened Seasoning on both sides of filets. Cook 1 1/2 minutes per side. For meat or poultry - heat skillet and season as for fish. Cook until charred. Ventilate well - will produce intense smoke. Gluten Free.
