Kary's Light Roux 16 oz.

Kary's Light Roux is made with vegetable oil and flour.  The light roux is lighter in color than the regular dark roux. The light roux is used in etouffee or blonde gumbo, as it is called in Cajun Country because it is lighter in color than the dark roux.
